What experience do I need to open a breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant with Anna’s House?
The Anna’s House franchise owner shares our philosophy and is inspired by our mission to create delicious breakfast, brunch, and lunch options for every guest we serve, regardless of dietary needs. You don’t need prior restaurant experience, but you should have management skills and a drive to learn. We look for people who have solid leadership skills, business acumen, and a real appreciation for guest service and hospitality.
What is provided as part of the Anna’s House franchise program?
Franchise owners and key team members receive five weeks of comprehensive training on the Anna’s House franchise model, both in the classroom and on the job. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, our Anna’s House team will travel to your location and spend five days with you and your team, to make sure you are calm, confident, and excited as you open a breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant in your community. Owners will have access to the Anna’s House Confidential Operations Manual for daily operations, recipes, and more. Our team will remain available to assist you when you need us. We are always just a call or click away.
How much will the Anna’s House franchise program cost me?
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $1,115,500 to $2,002,200*. This includes a $35,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
*The estimated initial investment range is as of September 1, 2025, per our Franchise Disclosure Document. This range is based on our experience developing and opening Anna’s House restaurants in our existing markets. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Are there any required advertising fees or expenditures?
What is the term of the agreement?
